SERIES RULES
Angler's Points will be accumulated from each of the 5 tournaments. If an angler not in the club places in an
event he/she will receive the appropriate % of the
individual event pot, but the points will fall down to the
next individual who is competing in the tournament series (club members) and so on until the 5 placings of
points are distributed to the top 5 series participants.
In order to qualify for Angler of the Year you must
fished 3 of the 5 tournaments. The angler with the most points who has participated in at least 3 of the 5
tournaments will be named BCKFC Angler of the Year.
Each tournament has a $20.00 entry fee. That is split; $15 going to the purse of said tournament and $5 going to BCKFC angler of the year awarded at the end
of the series. A percentage will be taken from the money held back for a participation raffle. Any angler that fished 3 of the 5 in the series and did not place in the top five of any tournaments will be entered into a raffle to win back their entry fees -$100. The remainder of the money will be awarded to the top 5 anglers have of the year. The overall point leader at the end of the series will be awarded Angler of the Year and a new Native Ultimate 12 courtesy of Pack & Paddle; the overall
tournament series sponsor.
POINTS STRUCTURE:
There will be 5 tournaments. Each contestant paying to fish this event will automatically be awarded 5 points. With the following points awarded per contest. To promote fishing to the end and showing up for weigh in, we will also reward you 1pt. You MUST show up at the weigh in to receive the point.
