I contacted CFS and they said if we had 10 or more for a group order they would cut the price of the fish bag to $55 from $73.

yeah i see what your saying, good call. I would put mine up on the front of the yak and I don't have gear up there.

I have a similar bag that I strap to the front of my Hobie Outback. I let the bag hang more off of the front so it doesn't interfere with my pedals. I have no trouble sliding fish in. You can see the bag attached to my yak in the attached photos.

My bag is not reflective like these and I may get in on the group order. These long, cone-shaped bags, are a must if you intend to keep any big fish-especially for offshore fishing. Kings, Cobia, etc. really can't be easily stored any other way and I certainly do not use stringers in offshore waters.

would work well with magic with the open area in front of the foot rests

I have one. I won it as a door prize at the first club meeting. Let me know if you want to check it out. I'm near Blue Bayou water park.

I used the cooler for the first time at Paddlepalooza. I stored it on top of the bungies on the rear tank well of a Tarpon 160 while fishing. I ran a rope through the rear grab handle of the kayak and to the narrow end of the bag. After I slid in the fish, I pulled the rope to pull it back over the tank well. The ice didn't last as well as in an ice chest, but I suspect that is the case with cooler bags.

I have a Cobra Fish N Dive now. I think it will be perfect for storing inside the large hatch on that kayak. It is also a good cooler for the bow of a canoe, Ultimate or Commander style boat.

I have thought about buying one of these for several years but wasn't sure if I would like it. May fit well on my Hobie Outback. When do you plan to order?

I thought about getting a precision pak model to try one out as I am a dealer and they are also a sponsor. Its a neat concept I am just worried about the bow weight after I load that thing up with some fatties!
