Whats still open??

Fished Bason's this morning.....five reds one black drum. Caught three on spoon fly the others on a popper. I was told by a crabber this morning these waters are closed. He was told by a state or federal official that he must pick up his traps and leave. The official told him they were closing the waters not because of oil but the dispersant BP has been using has been found in marsh around Bason's.
Spoke to the lady at Bason's on the phone she has heard this story also, but not by a state of federal official. Anyone got information on Bason's??

This is what BP is using and they don't think it is going to harm anything. They need to stop using it if it is that toxic.
