Anyone have any experience / opinion on this reel?

I have a friend that can get me a deal on one and he says they perform unbelievably. I have fished with only Shimano Calcutta for several years now, and my friends says that this reel will change my allegiance.

I have a friend that Bass fishes alot. He loves them. Don't know how they hold up in salt.

Looks like an Abu Revo, bass pro had them make for them out of different colors.

That is what I thought. If I can get a new one for a C note I am going to pull the trigger.

Hopefully it will hold up in the salt water, but then again we may be all freshwater fishing for the next ten years thanks to BP.
