I'M IN SEARCH OF A GOOD USED KAYAK... I LIKE THE WS 135 AS WELL AS THE MALIBU X-FACTOR (JUST SOMETHING THAT IS STABLE WITH ENOUGH STORAGE). I'M CHECKING HERE, LOUISIANA SPORTSMAN, TEXAS KAYAK FISHERMAN, AND CRAIGSLIST DAILY FOR ONE I LIKE. ARE THERE ANY OTHER PLACES I SHOULD CHECK OUT?

ALSO, WHAT ARE SOME RECOMMENDATIONS ON PADDLE SIZE AND KAYAK STYLES? I'M 6'-2", 200LBS

THANKS

I'm guessing you saw the Malibu XFactor on there today?

I like that one, I'm hoping to find a kayak close to me (between beaumont & new orleans). I bought a bed extender last night, just in case I find one this weekend while at Bayou Country Fest. If you find a good deal, try to remember me.

I'll also be at BCF in BR. Did you check with Backpacker to see if they have any demos for sale or would like to sell. Sometime it's timing. I think most of the demo "season" is over.

Also Austin Kayak sells used kayaks. Massy's in New Orleans (Blake-Redhead) has a "used" equipment garage type sale going on. You might contact Blake to see if they have anything of interest.
