Hey guys, anyone interested in hooking up early tomorrow morning. Thinking about heading over to Fort Pike or checking out Lacombe. Haven't been there yet so I'm excited to try. Have fished Sawmill Island before and had good luck. Any advice or takers??

It's my day off, but I'll be at the office anyway. G'luck.

Ok, here is what I have for that area.

The free launch at Ft. Pike is closed. You can Launch at the Lake Catherine Marina. There is a $5 fee for kayaks and a good parking lot. They should have live bait available. All weather info I see for tomorrow says winds will be NNW @6 mph. You may want to fish the HTH area. If so, see next post.

This is what I have for the HTH area.

The Rigolet's Bait & Tackle has a good launch. The fee is $5 for kayaks. They should have live bait available. They open at 5am with plenty of parking.

I have caught trout and redfish in both the Double Dabloon Lagoon and Stump lagoon as well as reds along the bayou on the way to Stump Lagoon.

Thanks for the map Joe. I was wondering where the Lake Catherine launch was and how close it was to the stuff I usually fish from Ft. Pike.
