This has been asked a few times on here, and probably explained but I thought maybe we could centralize this stuff to the "Forum Issues" area since the information can be hard to find.
To upload and attach a picture that is on your computer:
1. Start a new post (or reply) and click the "Attachments" button. (looks like a paperclip)

2. This will bring up a window that show files that you have previously uploaded to other posts. If you want to attach one of these to your post, simply drag it down to the bottom area. If you would like to upload a new picture that is not already in there, proceed to the next step.

3. Click the "Add Files" button in the upper-right hand corner of the "Manage Attachments" window. Another window will open, click the "Select Files" button to bring up a window that will allow you to locate the pictures on your computer.
4. Locate the picture or pictures, select them and click the "Open" button

5. Click the "Upload Files" button. Once the pictures have been updated, they will appear in the bottom section.

6. Click "Insert Inline()" to insert the selected pictures into your post.
