Hey Joe where do you launch to fish that area by Ft Pike?

He, and others of us as well, launch at Ft. Pike to fish that area. Kind of a bummer that we can't right now. I really enjoy fishing that area.
You can also launch at Rigolet's Marina on the other side of the bridge to fish that side.

When you launch at Ft. Pike, do you fish the pilings of the bridge on the Rigolets or elsewhere? I was out there today and couldn't launch. Tried fishing the trestles instead, but it was a bit too rough to cast and retrieve with any consistency.

That launch should be open since it is privately owned and not state owned - as long as the fishing area is open, that is. I'll make some phone calls to people who will know for sure and get back on here.

The one that's basically right across from Sawmill pass. I don't know what the name of it is. My brother fished the area this past weekend and it was open.

I stopped by there on my way home from work today. They do have Live Bait! Also, they charge $5 for a kayak launch.
