Talking about food had me looking for some pictures. I can just eat the goods on top the fish. I let about 10 fish worth of filets soak in marinade I made once for about 3hrs. Talk about good. Neighbors begged for recipe and thought I got it from restaurant. Just got to play around and try different things each time. I never cook anything the same as I like to try something different each time.

You got me drooling... I ran out of fish about 2 months ago and haven't been able to replenish my stock. Only thing I have in my freezer right now is a flounder that I'm planning to stuff.
