I just got back from San Antonio. They've got glass bottom kayaks in San Marcos at Aquarena!!! Only bummer is they got rid of the mermaids and the diving pig in the late 90's. Super clear water, though.
Did any of y'all fish the Houma area for the Coco tourney? I saw some threads on IFA with some fishing Delacroix ... and one about Pointe Au Chien. Where'd ya fish??? Plus --- I just got a Pro Angler from Massey's that not even out of the plastic wrap. Let me hear your best christening story --- I need to break this one in "just right"!!!!!

I fished Hopedale for the IFA tourney. Found reds and trout, but the trout kept getting the better of me.

Fished PAC (guy that got third also fished there) and we also fished around Cocodrie. Good luck with putting that beast in the water. Better lift some weights !!!

Fished Hopedale and found trout but no reds. My first sliming was with Yakalou to Basons years ago in a Mainstream Kingfish. Got my first limit of reds and have been hooked ever since! My wife is still pissed at Yakalou for that day! hahaha

Get yourself a trax2 cart and it's no problem to load/unload and carry around with you.
