The new guy

Hello all,

I've been researching a little on this site for a couple weeks and decided to join up today. I don't have a yak yet, but hope to be hitting the water sooner than later. I plan on asking lots of questions and appreciate any feedback from you seasoned vets. Currently no buddies of mine enjoy this sport, hopefully I can get into it and spread the word. Until then I will be trying to convince some of you to show me the ropes on the water(I'll need the help), especially areas outside metro nola. I'll be back with plenty of questions throughout this process. Any and all advice is welcomed and appreciated.
