Congrats. Nice boat. I too jumped in head first. Be patient with your rigging. Don't be in a hurry to start drilling holes in it. As many have told me. Take a sharpy out with you and mark where you think you might want something. What you think will work sitting in your yard is not always the same as on the water. Especially standing. All my rigging works great sitting, but I need to rethink some things for fishing while standing. My boat is very stable, but I'm not real comfortable turning around while standing etc.

4x4, that Mariner should be rock solid to stand in. I met Dr. K and demoed his. Was able to throw a cast net from it.

Nice kayak! You are going to love it. I would add an anchor trolley first. Add the rest after your first fishing trip.

I agree. Psycho Joe gave me a great idea when I was rigging my Tarpon 140. Bring a Sharpie with you on your first few trips so you can mark where you want to drill/rig things.

Definitely not a Christmas tree. There's only one pad eye on there that I don't use regularly and it's for my bait bucket that I use once a year for PP8!

You mean you don't fish live bait at PAC Attack?

Not last year. Not sure about the year before that. First year I did. Memory is getting fuzzy but I think I caught all my fish on the black spoon last year - for sure most of them.
