Finally did something about my front hatch leaking on my Cast-away.
Went to Lowes and bought some 1/2" pvc insulation with the peel-n-stick on the seam. 6 feet was just a little over $1.00. Test fit a piece around the hatch and put the cover back on. I used it in this fashion without sticking it in place for TTC and had waaaay less water in the hatch than I had been getting in the past. Yesterday I cleaned up the lip and peeled the backing off to stick it in place. Now that that's done, I'm looking forward to our usual tournament winds so I can have some rough water to try it out in.
