If you think you registered and do not see your name on the list please send me an email ([email protected]), the form of payment that was made and the date of payment. It is your responsibility to check to see if your name is on the list. I am not responsible for lost mail or late mail (happened for several at FNT). I will have the paypal listing with dates at the meeting if anyone would like to check my order or date of their payment.

**The list is subject to change pending verification of a missing payment and date payment was made. Registration order is based upon date of payment made ie.. paypal or check mailed not by date you posted on forum saying you were going to register!

Registration is still open!!! You may still register until Saturday, March 19th midnight and join in the fun, food and fellowship...so don't wait. Also, don't forget about the upcoming meeting at Cabelas this next week. You can bring your money and pay there and turn your waivers in if you have not done so yet. Hope to see everyone there.

UPDATE.....REGISTRATION IS CLOSED! THE ONLY CHANGES THAT MIGHT BE MADE OR ANY LAST MINUTE "SNAIL" MAIL THAT HAVE COME IN AND ARE POSTMARKED WITH THE CORRECT DATE - OTHERWISE IT IS DONE!!!!

I have gotten one email and found a few more that need a correction so the list will change by a couple of numbers. When two payments are made on paypal it "stacks" the payment and it is missed sometimes. Most of what needs correction is where a couple has paid under the same email address and that is when it stacks the receipt which is where the problem occurs sometimes.

I will have a corrected list this evening...until then send me a pm if you think there is an error so I can research.

Thanks , Steve

Sportscenter also has a section for the top 10 "mishaps" in sports. Don't think swimming from a yak qualifies as most think we're crazy anyway. However as they make fun of our plastic boats, more of them come and join the fun.

OK....Registration is closed and the newest count is up and posted! The new count is 162 (WoW) and may have a couple more that were mailed and postmarked with the right date.

This is the largest ever kayak fishing event in the state of Louisiana ever! This is also approximately 50% larger that any other PP event held previously.

What a sight this will be to see 160 plus kayaks on the water a one venue!

We will be trying to get the steaming live video up and running again as well for those that can not make it to fish.

I know it will be a tough, long week for everyone with the excitement but count the days and everyone be safe driving down and remember to be safe on the water as well. We will talk a little more about that at the Captain's meeting but until then......Tight Lines and Feed the Addiction!

UNBELIEVALBE, 162 KAYAKS, years back I watched as a kid launched a kayak at Catfish Lake and I laughed and said he had to be either crazy or disparate to fish, and here we are today with 162 of us signed up to fish next week! Thinking back that skinny little kid could have be Choupique!
I know of no other form of outdoor recreation that is growing this fast, it is going to be quite a challenge for the officers of the club to keep up with the demands of such fast growth! A big thanks goes out to everyone that have worked so hard to pull everything together for next week!

WOW indeed. Assuming the weather holds out, and it looks like it is going to, I would guess we should get somewhere in the 150 range of folks that actually fish. That is going to be incredible. Too bad we can't get all the yaks together for one heck of a photo shoot.

And given this number of folks we sure need an equal, if not greater. amount of patience for Friday night and Saturday. Parking will be an issue I promise. If you are rooming with others please do your best to carpool to the capt's meeting. Going to be pretty tough to suggest that with Saturday, but try it if you can.

Good grief. That is incredible. Damn that is gonna be a lot of fish to clean. Thank goodness for the new knives. I know mine would probably blow up.

I would love for us to be able to get a break down of where folks are from when this is all over with.

With that many people in the tournament the fish cleaners might need to have some replacements to give them a break. That is going to be alot of fish to clean.

+1 on the breakdown.

Just an example of why everyone needs to pitch in and help just a little. Then everyone can enjoy the tournament. thanks in advance.
