As of right now I plan on heading back to Mag on Saturday. The invite is open to anyone, but like I said its only Tuesday and might end up bailing if something comes up. The wind is changing to a SSE by then and it looks pretty good for then. I'll know for sure by Thursday night, if not you guys have fun down there and work the gold spoon.

Made the call after checking the wind. I'll be there about 06:45 Saturday. I'll let everyone know what the ponds look like and if I had any luck. Good luck fishing all the other spots.

Any info on water in Magnolia? Is it up a bit from how low it has been? Is it dirty, dingy, or clean?

was down there for the first time last sunday. water in most ponds I went in was deep enough to paddle but water dirty to muddy and I spoked way more more reds than I hooked. anyways winds have been up all week and I don't know what that will do to water levels, I would think they would be up even more. Give us a report if ya go and good luck.
