Nice yak... You started out with one of the most versatile yaks on the market. Also, if you decide kayak fishing isn't your thing:lol::lol::lol: the Outback isn't a hard one to get rid of.

Thanks guys! Haha yeh them reds better watch it cuz I'll be back to fishing 5 days a week!
Yeh that Sonora on the Gold Carrot Stick is so awesome!! But I have been reading some horrible reviews on the carrot stix, I have been lucky so far but I don't think I'll be buying any more.

Nice ride SaltyShaw. I'm from Lake Charles, but didn't fish much when I was there. When I get back home, I usually fish the lights in Prien Lake in the fall. Maybe when you get the Outback slimed, you can show me a few spots.

Nice ride Salty, you doing the mardi gras madness tourney in a couple of weekends? Sponsored by the Lafayette club, lafayettekayakfishing.com. Just put in my fishfinder; you can look at my setup if you like. Great first boat and as was said, not a tough one to sell at all if in fact you needed to - always someone looking for an OB.

GREAT boat. I also have some rigging done on my boat somewhere in the rigging forums (including depth finder) if you want to check it out. One suggestion though: pony up 20 bucks to get the larger sailing rudder.

Just reminder,
Wanna put some flotation, pipe insulation...etc, on the rods. Saved ours a couple of times.

Swampro had a sale going on for Cuda 350's. $150. Your'e not going to find a better combo GPS/Fishfinder for the price. Most use a 12volt deer feeder battery. Academy and Walmarts usually carry them for around $20.
