First let me say this is a great site.
Okay, So I've been feeding off of the wealth of information on this site for a while and decided it was time to join.
After doing a little kayak fishing in the North West this past year, I sold the bass boat and picked up two kayaks for christmas. The only problem has been my ability to find enough time to ready these for fishing, however, I think I am close.
So hello to all, and I look forward to meeting up and learning more.

I live at the corner of 431 and 931. Sounds like we need to hook up one morning and head to some of your honey holes

I'm already watching the weekend for a break in weather, and i don't have the first yak rigged with a trolley system.
Have all the hardware, just have to put it together.
Honey holes were reached traveling 70mph and a 20 min. ride. I don't think I'll be visiting those! only a few close in, under right conditions. I guess I'm starting over. That's part of the fun.

It don't take long to get on the fish in a yak, this is my first year, and it was a great year for specks and reds, thanks in part to the guys around here helping out a poor old man trying to learn how to fish!

lol. If you need anything for rigging go to Battery Doctors (my father in law and fellow club member) located on the corner of hwy 44 and hwy 621. They carry a nice selection of Yak Gear items
