I usually fry turkeys for TG, but I tried smoking one this year. I put it in the smoker at 4:30 am. I expected it to take longer to cook, but it is already done. Hope it doesn't dry out before lunch.

Thanks. Yeah, 4:30 am. Since I haven't smoked a turkey, I looked online for cooking tips. What I read said it typically takes 6 hours at 350*. Mine was 165* internal temp in around 4 hours. I'll know better next time.
