check with Speckled_Tiger in a couple of days. he just sold his Ride to buy a Stealth. It should be in in the next few days.
Welcome aboard to the addiction. (Some might say affliction)
I'll be the first of many to remind you to research all you can. You just missed a demo day that would have been a great opportunity. I also suggest seeing what other members might be selling as well as checking the Sportsman and Craig's List. Don't forget to also check our sponsors such as Pack and Paddle and the Backpacker.

I think Backpacker is doing a demo at the beach on Saturday...They don't sell Stealths but do sell the rides. Give them a call. Try to control the urge to jump out there until you have tried a few and ditto on what ltmdrbr said on Sportsman and Craigs list. I as some other members post here a listing we see elsewhere just so our members can be up to date on anything new that pops up! Usually the post will say something like " ...xx.. (not mine)" giving a location to check.
Hope this helps and welcome to the club. When you do get something, we love to rig and drill holes in yaks so just let us know!

Your height/weight? Budget? Age/Health issues? What types of fishing do you enjoy most? Lots of good options out there right now. You picked a great time to enter the sport!

Backpacker In Baton Rouge are both sponsors of our club and do demo days with the club. I have a Malibu extreme and can also get a Native ray if Ya want to try these 2 out give me a call and a day or so notice, although this weekend is out of luck until maybe Sunday evening

Here is one on craislist. Looks like a good deal with all the extras. Not familiar with the model but others may have some knowledge about it.:welcome:

Also here is a Prowler a member had for sale. Not sure if it is still available or not.

What our illustrious sec/treas meant to say is that we like to drill holes in OTHER PEOPLES' yaks!

The moken has some pretty good reviews. Some of the extras are nice. Wouldn't pay that much for it personally but it is a complete starter package.

$800 seems like a fair price. The fishfinder is about $200 new, and the cart another $50. Along with the other extras the price isn't bad. Here is a link for buying a new one

Don't know anything about Moken. Here is a used one on Ebay for $650. That one on Craig's List sounds like a good deal. Also, Tigerfish's Prowler is an excellent deal.

That is a good deal too. I went to their website and their boats have interesting features. One of their boats is a 3 seater. All the fishing models seem to have a built in wheel in the keel for carrying as well. The large covered storage in the front is nice also Here is a link to the site if anyone is interested.
