View Full Version : Leeville Friday and Saturday

Probably heading down to the camp either Thursday night or Friday morning to do a little work (fish on the side) have to head back Saturday afternoon by about 4:00PM if anyone is down there and wants to stop by to say hello. If someone wants to spend Friday night on sofa they are welcome....just let me know in advance.

Dang... If I wasn't going to Texas tomorrow for the weekend I would have definitely taken you up on this. I would have even helped you out with your work! Should be a fairly decent weekend... Hope you catch some fish.

Not going to work to hard...just like to unwind and hang out and fish a little off back deck! Maybe another time..

Durango and I checked out your camp when we were down a couple weeks ago, nice and a great location. Boy there is a good spot to launch and park right there at the end of the road.

I was going down to Cocodrie, but now I'm second guessing it due to the strong wind coming out the SE....Debating on Empire vs. La. 1....If I come that way in the morning I'll be sure to stop in on my way out.

Durango and I checked out your camp when we were down a couple weeks ago, nice and a great location. Boy there is a good spot to launch and park right there at the end of the road.


I agree. That's where my son and I launched last time we went down. There was a note of caution though......... one of the camp owners came over as we were fishing and told us when they demoed the old bridge - they left a lot or rebar sticking straight up. He theorized that if anyone took a spill right there near the bridge - it was would be very possible to become skewered on the old reba whic is "barely" subsurface. We appreciated the "heads up".
