Is the launch at Happy Jack open?

Does anyone know if the launch at Happy Jack Marina is still open. Thinking about going down there tomorrow to try it for the first time. I saw that you can launch at Grand Bayou road for free but don't like the idea of leaving my vehicle in the open there. Any help would be much appreciated.

Bou Cay has been running the back down launch on the south side of the bayou since the old one sold out and built camps on the property ..last time I was there he had some rocks delivered so the back down is in better shape than it was
