Not a fish recipe, but I tried this today and brought it to serve at our monthly breakfast at church this morning. It got rave reviews.

I think some of my arteries clogged just from reading about it.

It looks like a lot, but once it's cooked and you slice it, put it on a biscuit. It's really good.

I gotta try that one. I like my bacon with a side of bacon!

I saw that one too. The turtle burgers are cute. Hadn't tried them yet, but I think I'm going to.

My brother made this with deer meat once. Very good.

Speaking of deer meat, I did some breakfast burritos (got the idea from McD's actually) a while back that came out pretty good. Very simple...

2 lbs ground deer meat/sausage
16oz Pace thick and chunky salsa
dozen eggs (scrambled)
2 packs of flour tortilla shells
american cheese (individual wrapped slices)

Brown the sausage and drain the grease. Add the Salsa to the sausage and let it cook down a bit. Add the scrambled eggs and cook until it has the doneness that you like your scrambled eggs to be. Scoop onto tortillas and top with a slice of cheese before rolling up. These things were 10x better than the McD's breakfast burritos.

Would turkey bacon work?

Probably, but just cuz it's turkey, doesn't mean it's better for you. Make sure you use ground turkey breast. Some ground turkey has the skin in it and that could be worse than 85/15 beef.

It's all good. Just can't eat the regular bacon. I may give the recipe a try when I get home.

I made one of those about a month ago... It was awsome, but leftover bacon explosion is not appetizing.

The comments at the bottom of the recipe are hilarious.
