Disappearing PM's

Hey Quas,

I have had two PM's which have come in that, when I check my Inbox, they are no longer there..

The first one popped up the Notification box, and, when I clicked on it, it disappeared and I was never able to locate or read it.. The other one, I opened and read, then closed it, and it is no longer in my Inbox either..

Is this normal, or am I doing something wrong that causes me to lose them..
