My Macgyvered Rudder on a Perception Search 13

Someone spotted the recycled throttle cable in a picture of my boat. Since I've been outed, I thought I'd post picutres of the whole Jerry-rigged mess. My Perception Search 13 has a molded on rudder mount. The kits were pretty expensive, but I found and won a Yakima rudder blade on Ebay last year for $8.00. Then I bult a bracket for it and recycled a Johnson throttle cable for the steering. It works, and it only cost about 15 bucks, plus some scrap aluminum I had in the garage.
