I bought a Hobie Quest from Pack and Paddle in Lafayette today. I had an opportunity to try it out last Saturday at Lake Martin and at $599 it was something I couldn't pass up. Thanks to all you posters out there and to those who offered advice. For those still looking, there are two more. Talk to Skip. I got the purtiest one though:biggrin:

Mung,
I would just pass along that Skip has also gotten pretty good with the plastic welding to repair the yaks. I have found him to be most helpful with various questions. A good employee for John and a true friend of the yakkers.

Something other than, "Birthday Gift, Christmas Gift , and Lunch Money for a Couple of Months"
