That is a spot worth not giving up on. Too many people here catch too many fish there. I too struggle with Magnolia. One of these days I'll get it figured out.

Too late! The last time I fished Magnolia I got so mad that I bought a boat! Of course, I attribute it to the wind and not the skunk. But I think the skunk factor helped make the decision a little easier. That was last year.

Since then, I've been fishing mostly (3 out of 4 trips) in Cocodrie, a place I've come to love.
